He is proud to have developed a hard-working, dedicated team who have helped Delmond Construction grow from strength to strength.
Joe Kelly, MRICS, BSc (Hons)
Chartered QS with the RICS, Joe has over 15 years experience in the construction industry working on property development, main contracting and sub contracting schemes in both the UK and Ireland.
Over 20 years’ experience within the Dry-lining industry with a particular eye for specialist ceiling systems and designs, Jamie worked his way up from a Dryliner / Ceiling fixer to his current position. He leads Delmond’s construction site teams in all aspects of Quality Assurance and Health & Safety as well as in the construction element itself.
Worked in Plastering and Dry-lining industry for over 35 years as a QS, Contracts Manager and now Estimator giving a great range of experience and knowledge.
John Ward MRICS, BSc (Hons)
John has ten years experience working in the construction industry. Four of these years were spent working for a consultancy firm in Ireland. He then moved to UK and started working for subcontractors and main contractors on a variety of schemes throughout London. John became a member of the RICS in 2015.
First and second fix carpenter by trade Finbarr has over 30 year’s experience in construction, 25 of which are in the dry-lining industry and 15 of which are at management level. Experience in dry-lining, carpentry, civils, hard & soft landscaping. Qualifications include NVQ level three site management, SMSTS and CSCS. Hobbies include golf and GAA.
With 15 years’ experience in dry-lining Vlad worked as tradesman for over seven years before progressing to team leader and developing into his current role as Project Manager. Qualifications include NVQ Level 3 work supervision, SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
Accounting professional with over 15 years of experience. Jacinta’s skills cover financial, payroll and all things commercial along with dealing with the day to day issues within Delmond’s head office.
Having worked in the construction industry over the past 10 years, combined with her experience in building management makes Karyn the ideal person for her role within Delmond Construction. Responsible for efficient management of all office operations, liaising with sites and assisting the accounts manager with payroll. Highly reliable and organised with excellent interpersonal skills.
